In my life, I feel that it depends on who you are referring to. If you asked me if my mom is to protect or not protective enough, I would say she’s somewhere in the middle. I know that if I think of her as being, “too strict,” I think of some other parents or adults and think she isn’t that bad. I know that everything she does that I think is, “too strict,” is actually just to keep me safe. Also, like I said before, this doesn’t apply to every adult. Over all, I think that parents today, aren’t protective enough, though. Some parents will let their kids go anywhere without knowing anything about the situation and not care. Like the author of, “Ship of Fools” said, some parents really need to step up their game.
